What is Chakra Sutra?

Chakra Sutra is an interplay of two ancient Sanskrit words. ‘Chakra’ means wheel or disc, and it refers to the spinning nature of the chakras, which are energy centres of the body. ‘Sutra’ signifies teaching.

Chakra Sutra teaches the ancient wisdom of the chakras, and how to use a wide variety of tools (including yoga, meditation, breathwork, essential oils, crystals and daily practices) to align the chakras. When the chakras are aligned, the body in turn can rebalance itself physically, emotionally and spiritually.

The knowledge of chakras is deeply rooted in the spiritual and yogic practices of ancient India. These energy centres are believed to be interconnected, and play a crucial role in the flow of vital life force energy, also known as “prana” or “chi.” If your energy is depleted, it’s very likely your chakras in turn are out of balance.
